Pressman Sports was founded by Deddrick D. Cosby with a lifelong connection to athletics and a clear mission to help student-athletes navigate NIL opportunities the right way. With a background in football, track, and youth coaching, Deddrick understands the importance of preparation, guidance, accountability, and having the right people in your corner.

After years of being involved in sports and mentoring young athletes, Deddrick saw an opportunity to continue making an impact through NIL representation. He studied the space, completed formal NIL training, and built Pressman Sports with a focus on trust, transparency, compliance, and long-term athlete development.

Pressman Sports exists to help athletes and families make confident decisions, avoid the wrong opportunities, and build something that supports the athlete’s future beyond a single deal.
